INGREDIENTS

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Whisk the sweetener, butter, vanilla, and eggs in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk in the coconut flour, baking soda and salt into the mixture.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Form dough into tablespoon size scoops and place onto parchment paper on a baking tray
  5. Flatten each dough ball out with your fingers.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes or until cookies are golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and allow to cool on a wire rack
